Shipping & Delivery
We strive to bring our customers great value and services. We provide FREE shipping worldwide directly from our warehouses.
We won't be responsible for any custom fees once orders have been shipped. By purchasing our items, you consent that orders sent to you may require custom fees when arriving in your country.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be dispatched from our warehouses. Under normal circumstances, shipping time shall take another 5-30 business days, depending on your country.
You will receive an email with your order tracking number once the order is shipped, and in rare situation, tracking will not be available. For logistics reasons, different items within the same order may be sent in separate packages.
IT SAYS ORDER IS ‘IN TRANSIT’
If the tracking site shows the parcel is still in transit, it means the order is being shipped to your local courier (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc). Once it arrives to your local courier, tracking information will be updated.
I HAVEN"T RECEIVED MY PARCEL BUT IT SAYS 'DELIVERED'
If our tracking system marks the order as delivered, and you still haven’t received the order, it's not a guarantee for us to refund you or resend a new order. To protect us from fraud, we will look into the issue individually in detail, and will come out with a solution.
